Free Delivery
As the leading local Office supplies, furniture & equipment company in the FY & PR postcode areas we offer a superior delivery service usually within 24 hours. Should any products not be available within that time period we will inform you of estimated delivery dates when you place your order. Estimated delivery timescales are indicated on our website.

If you need any items urgently please contact our customer services team, who will advise on the possibility of a same day delivery and the costs depending on stock.

NB: There are longer lead times on certain items within our Office product ranges. These are usually uncommon items or products produced especially for you. We will advise you if this is the case at the time of ordering.

All deliveries are made within office hours between 9.00am and 5.00pm. Sadly we cannot specify an exact time. Our delivery drivers will need to obtain a signature for all orders and goods should be checked at time of delivery with any damages, incorrect items and/or shortages noted and reported to our customer services team within 48 hours of receipt.

NB: We cannot leave any Office products in outside places of business or domestic premises. Domestic orders may be left with neighbours if they are willing to sign for them. Most deliveries are attempted twice before either leaving a card to notify you if they have been left with a neighbour or if they are available to collect from Longfellows.

NB: Please inform us if your delivery address is not at ground level. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses


Free collection of Returns
Our focus on superior customer services means we try to ensure that you are always happy with the Office supplies, furniture and equipment you purchase from Longfellows.

Faulty Products
All goods are guaranteed from the date of purchase, for a period of 12 months (unless otherwise stated) for manufacturing and/or material defects.  Should any of our Office products prove faulty, please contact our customer services team with the details and/or specific problems.

NB: Office furniture & equipment are also covered by warranties from the manufacturers directly and we may re-direct you to their more technical expertise when occasions demand. Statutory rights are never compromised between Buyer and Seller.

Non Faulty Products
If you choose to cancel an order or have ordered incorrectly then we kindly ask you to notify our customer services team within 10 days, starting on the day the products were delivered to you. We will arrange collection and a full credit providing the following is adhered to:

All goods to be returned should be in original packaging un- opened and undamaged. Sadly we are unable to accept goods that are personalised or perishable, video, audio or software products or any other products that we have reasonably identified as non returnable.

Any returns Faulty or Non Faulty must be notified and arranged through our customer services team. Relevant paperwork and “return authorisation” numbers must be issued before collection. Credits can only be given once goods have been inspected. We reserve the right to levy a small re-stocking fee for damaged packaging or issue a partial credit for damaged goods

Free 2D & 3D CAD Design

From your initial consultation, our design team utilizes the latest 2D & 3D CAD software technology to design your office space from both a space planning and interior design viewpoint. It can incorporate lighting and colour schemes to give a very accurate visualisation of your finished space

Free Installation

Each installation is project managed by our expert and professional staff. Our highly trained & skilled teams of installation personnel ensure that your workspace is installed with the minimum of disruption, with maximum organisation & efficiency. and with courtesy and customer service always in mind.  The area(s) will be cleaned and tidied with all packaging removed. Each installation is then inspected and once customers are satisfied, then and only then, will, the project manager, ask for written approval to be signed, leaving the workspace ready for immediate occupation.

All FIRA (Furniture Industry Research Association) test certification will be presented on all office furniture and work stations etc. FIRA is acknowledged as the UK centre of excellence for furniture research, testing, safety, information and innovation. Many of the test methods now form the basis of furniture standards worldwide
